This privacy policy describes how Tahir Turkish Restaurant Company ID —, Tax ID —(the "operator"), processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection.

- Reservations and orders: contact details needed to fulfill a reservation or order (Wolt and Bolt Food have their own privacy policies).

How long we keep the data
Contact-form messages are kept for at most 24 months after the last communication. Accounting records are kept per statutory periods (typically 10 years). Analytics data is anonymized and stored in aggregate form.

- website infrastructure providers (Firebase — Google Ireland Ltd.);
- email service providers for the contact form (Resend);
- delivery service providers if you order via Wolt or Bolt Food (they process your data under their own policies);
