Who we are
We cook the waythey do back home.
At Tahir Turkish we don't experiment. We cook what we know — the dishes we grew up with. We slice the meat by hand, shape the pide dough fresh every day and mix our own spice blends. No gastro theatrics, no unnecessary storytelling. Just food that tastes the way it should.
